Home Care Connection is a community service project from Abbott Laboratories for recovering patients who seek for a caring alternative to lengthy hospitalization.
The objective of Home Care Connection is to be the one-stop center for all home health care service, adult nutritional products and equipments.
This service deals with the special needs of recovering patients, alleviate concerns facing family members and connects the health care professionals with monthly feedbacks of the patient's progress.

Membership fees is RM120 per annum |
